At GasPros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

We will review your request and provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Used or installed products.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of our mistake (wrong item shipped) or a defective or damaged product, GasPros will cover the return shipping costs when applicable.
